Visit Charlotte departments include Meetings, Conventions & Sports Sales, Destination Services, the CRVA Partners in Tourism program, Visitor Info Center operations and the Charlotte Regional Film Commission. All departments roll up to the “One CRVA” philosophy that provides seamless collaboration and shared resources across the organization, which in turn, enhances customer experience and produces economic benefit for the Charlotte community.

Visitor Info Center
Visit Charlotte also encompasses Visitor Information Center (VIC) operations with locations at the Charlotte Convention Center, Charlotte Douglas International Airport and an Uptown location on Tryon Street. Both the Uptown and Charlotte Convention Center locations feature a retail component that showcase local and regional goods, including food items, apparel, art, pottery and accessories. At the Visitor Info Center in Uptown, visitors and residents can also experience various local vendor pop-up events throughout the year.
