TikTok to Hire Challenge

The challenge is simple – create a TikTok video to help spread the word about the part-time job openings at the CRVA and post on your personal TikTok channel. Grand prize winner will receive $500. Two second prize winners will each receive $250.

To Enter

For each video you post, you’ll receive 1 entry to the giveaway (maximum 4 entries per employee). In order to qualify, your TikTok video must meet the following requirements:

Include reference, mention or “link in bio” call out in your video to crva.com/careers
Don't use personal insults, ethnic slurs, discriminatory remarks or obscenities in text, music or spoken word. Adhere to CRVA Social Media Policy.
Keep it positive!
To enter, send your posted TikTok video link to tiktok@crva.com with Subject Line: “TikTok, YOUR NAME, YOUR DEPARTMENT/VENUE” (Ex: TikTok, John Smith, Convention Center)

You can get as creative as you want with your videos – just be sure to keep your safety and the safety of others in mind. Don’t love getting in front of the camera? No problem! Ask your friends, family or pets to be the stars. If you choose to film at a CRVA venue, please check with your manager first.

Is the challenge open to all CRVA team members or just part-time team members?

The challenge is open to all CRVA team members.

What makes this a TikTok “challenge”? Is there a specific filter or song we need to use?

No specific filter or song required! We’re using “challenge’ more in the sense that we’re “challenging” employees to participate and showcase their creativity.

How do I find the link to share my video?

When your TikTok video is published, you’ll see three dots (or an arrow) on the lower right side of your mobile screen. Click the dots and it will bring up an option to “Copy Link”. Copy the link, then open up your email and paste the link in the body of the email. In the subject line, but sure to note “TikTok, TikTok, YOUR NAME, YOUR DEPARTMENT/VENUE”

How will the winners be chosen?

A winner will be randomly draw from all eligible entries.

How will the winners be notified?

The winners will be notified by the email address used to submit their entry. Winners will be selected and notified within one week of the challenge end date (Sept. 17, 2021)
